Yes. The design, the build and the logo work cost nothing, and the site files are yours. If you'd like us to host it and look after it, that's $49 a month (on sale this week; regular price $99), cancel anytime. Or take the files and host them yourself.

We earn our money on the optional monthly plans. Building your website first is the best way to show you what we do. If you don't choose a plan, you keep the files and handle hosting, your domain and changes yourself. The files are a standard website any web host can run; if that sounds like work, that's what Basic is for: we host it and make your changes. Your preview link stays up for 30 days while you decide.

A homepage designed around your business, up to 5 pages with your real services, service area and photos, a contact form that sends requests to your email, a simple logo if you need one, and the site files.

No. Monthly plans are month to month, and you can cancel anytime. Yearly plans are paid up front.

You do: the site files, your logo and your domain. If you ever leave a plan, we hand everything over.

A new domain is included while you're on a plan and registered in your business's name. If you cancel, we move it to you and you pay its yearly renewal from then on. If you already own a domain, we'll use it and it stays with your registrar.

No. For Google, you add us as a manager on your Business Profile, which you can remove at any time.

After you claim your site, we email you a short info sheet: your services (the jobs you want more of first), the towns you serve, what makes you different, your story and links to your photos. It takes about 10 minutes, or call and we'll fill it in together. Send your logo if you have one; if not, we'll make a simple one.

Yes. We design your homepage first and send you a private link, so you can see it live on your phone or computer. Ask for any changes and we'll update it at the same link. We build the rest only after you approve it.

Your full site is built within 3 business days after you approve your homepage design and send your details and photos. Need it sooner? The 24-Hour Launch builds it within 24 hours for $99, or your $99 back.

An optional $99 add-on. Once you've approved your homepage design, sent your details and photos, and paid, your full site is built within 24 hours. If it isn't, we refund the $99 and still finish your site. We take 2 a week because Ethan personally checks and finishes every site; the slots reset every Monday.

Yes, and it costs nothing. Two rounds of changes by email are included: send one list, we update the same private link and email you when it's ready. After that, Ethan joins you on a free video call and gets your site right with you. Or skip the emails and book the call first.

It's 30 minutes on Google Meet with Ethan Pingel. You pick a time and hit Reserve, and we open your website together and fix what's off while you watch. Calls run 4 to 9 PM Central (5 to 10 PM Eastern), every day including weekends, and same-day times are open. Book a free call. There's nothing to pay and nothing to decide on the call.

Yes. On a plan, send us your changes: Basic includes one small change a month, and Pro and Premium include unlimited small changes. You can't edit the free site yourself in a drag-and-drop editor, so if you'd rather make changes on your own, ask us about a custom website on your own Wix account.

Yes. We use AI tools to build and edit sites quickly, and nothing goes live until you approve it. Ethan Pingel owns the company, and you can call or text him at (980) 288-4954. Logo concepts are AI-assisted and finished as clean vector files.

No one can honestly promise that. We build your site the way Google expects: fast, mobile-friendly, with clear service and town pages and the details search engines read. Pro adds the steady monthly work that helps over time.

Every month we check your Google Search Console data and your Google Business Profile: which searches show your site, which pages get clicks, and where you're close to page one. Then we act on it: tune titles and descriptions, improve the pages that are close, add your new page for the month (a project you finished, a town you serve, a helpful article or a new service), and keep your Google profile active with posts and job photos. Google keeps changing, so we keep adjusting, and your monthly scoreboard shows the results.

On a plan, we host it on Cloudflare's fast global network. If you take the files, you can host them wherever you like.

We can build your new one and point your domain at it, so your web address shows the new site. We'll keep your email working while we do it.
